Annual General Meeting and Annual Clinic For 2008

The Annual General Meeting for 2008 will be held at the Soaring Eagle Casino and the Annual Clinic at Central Michigan University at the Indoor Athletic Center.  The code to book a room at the Soaring Eagle Casino is 97M0FI.  You must book a room on-line and use that code.  Go to www.soaringeaglecasino.com and book your room.

Our Key Note Speaker this year is: Randy Waldrum, Notre Dame Women's Soccer.  He will be doing a special session Friday night, February 22, 2008 at Soaring Eagle Casino; as well as Saturday morning at the CMU Indoor Facility Center, Saturday, February 23.

For Saturday afternoon, we will have three rotating sessions (you will rotate through all three) will be on Goal Keeping; Leadership with your Team Captains; and a Attacking.

Annual Clinic Information

Location: 

• FRIDAY NIGHT, February 22: Soaring Eagle Casino, Mt. Pleasant, MI.  For directions click here.  To book a room see above.
• SATURDAY, February 23: Central Michigan University, Mt. Pleasant, MI.  It will be located at the CMU Indoor Athletic Center.

MHSAA Rules Meeting: The Michigan High School Athletic Association will be asked to conduct a rules meeting before the annual meeting as they do each year. The meeting is at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, February 22, 2008 at the CMU Indoor Athletic Center (same place we are on Saturday) in Mt. Pleasant.

Annual General Meeting: The Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Friday night, February 22, 2008 at 7:00 p.m.  The meeting will be held at the Soaring Eagle Casino in Mt. Pleasant.  Please let the Executive Board know by Feb. 1, 2007 if there are agenda items you would like to add to the AGM. Members will have a chance to meet and interact on Friday night after the AGM with our Saturday clinician.  Annual Meeting Agenda.

Players for Clinic: We are in need of quality players for our clinic. We would like First Team, Second or Third Team selections from last spring girl's season and any boys from this fall who were First, Second or Third team.  Please e-mail Jeremy Thelen if you are a coach and can bring your all state player.    (Coaches who bring a player(s) to the clinic for demonstration purposes will still have pay for the clinic, however.)
